photo of red leaves in front of garage door

Sometimes the scene is just visually stunning, especially with a little flash of angled late afternoon sun on that bright red Virginia Creeper. Love the peeling paint, the weathered wood and the door hinge.

    • Thanks Paul! Of all the autumn leaves I’ve painted and photographed, this one really stays with me–I love the contrasts, and also the message that both the creeper and the garage are near the ends of their seasons.
