Dancing Drops

In the January thaw, everything is dripping, like a celebration!

  1. I have been fascinated with water drops. Tried capturing a few shots a while back but it is a challenge. This is very cool.

    • This actually took a number of shots because it wasn’t well-lit because it’s in a valley, but that made for the dramatic lighting–the drops caught the reflected light from the sky while the limestone was darkened by the water flowing over it and this was reflected in the pond. It’s much easier in bright light, and if you can set your camera on manual focus. Thanks for visiting!
