A Gift of Balloons, 2010

balloons caught on wire

Balloons

I have no explanation for these, and no one in my neighborhood knew where they came from, just a lovely bunch of balloons set free on a clear and bright Saturday morning, tangled on the telephone pole and wrapped around the highest, most dangerous wires, fluttering and waving for everyone to enjoy. A gift from the universe perhaps.
